Program Overview
Your Journey - Step by Step - to Fashion Success
Each plan of the Fashion Design Accelerator has the same structure, with the only variation being the number of garments you want to produce.
At the beginning of the program, you’ll share your vision with us—via email for the Starter and Premium plans, or through a 1:1 exclusive consultation for the Advanced plan. This ensures we fully understand your goals, inspirations, and specific needs, allowing us to tailor the development process to your expectations.
(For the Advanced Plan, the process begins with a 1:1 exclusive consultation to discuss your vision and ideas. Based on your inputs, we will develop the design using reference images, sketches, or realistic renders, accompanied by detailed explanations. You’ll have the opportunity to review the design, as it will be delivered to you in a professional PDF presentation. From your feedback, we will then refine and finalize the design. If additional revisions are required, they can be purchased as an optional service.)
Before starting out we’ll thoroughly analyze your Size Chart it to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
If you don’t have a Size Chart instead, we will develop one for you (additional service). We’ll identify your target market, age group, body features, and then formulate a list of accurate measurement for your base size.
After identifying your ideal customer and its base size from your Size Chart, we will start creating the Digital Patterns tailored to your specifications. (Garments developed in one size only. More information about Grading on FAQ under “What other services do you offer?“)
Once the Digital Patterns are prepared, we will create your made-to-measure 3D avatar (based on your size chart). We’ll then virtually assemble the digital patterns, adding details, hardware, colors, prints, logos, and all the design elements. (You can also customized the aesthetic of your made-to-measure avatar changing ethnicity, skin colors, hairstyle, eye colors).
As soon as the initial 3D sample of your design is ready, we’ll sent it over to you via detailed HD images and 360° turnaround videos (with and without the 3D avatar) for you to review it from any angle. And you have the flexibility to review it at your own pace, from anywhere in the world. Our HD images and turnaround videos provide a comprehensive view of your garment for your precise revision.
(Revisions included: one with the Starter package, two with Premium, and two with Advanced.)
Included with the Premium and Advanced packages, you’ll receive expert email support five days a week throughout the development process. This ensures you have guidance and advice readily available for any questions or suggestions related to your design in progress.
Once you’ve reviewed the garment and shared your fitting notes with us via email, we meticulously update the digital patterns and 3D sample to reflect the desired changes with precision.
For the Starter package, we proceed directly to the finalization of the project. With the Premium and Advanced packages, we send back the updated 3D garment for your next second review.
After the final 3D samples is updated and approved, we will proceed finalizing the Digital Patterns, by adding all industry standards (such as seam allowances, grain lines, notches, annotations, and pattern information). The patterns will also be arranged in a standard 100 cm width paper in scale 1:1 (or in a different format preferred) for you to have them ready for professional printing.
All files will be delivered at your email via a trustworthy online sharing platform. The Digital Patterns will be provided in PDF format in a 1:1 scale (ready for professional printing) and DXF. (PLT file also available upon request.)
Additionally you’ll receive a PNG image to only be used as patterns preview.
The 3D samples will be sent as high-definition PNG images and a 360° turnaround video – all with and without the made-to-measure 3D avatar. Additional OBJ or FBX files can also be provided upon request.)

The prices listed in our packages are starting rates for simple garments. For more intricate or complex designs, additional costs will be applied. However, our bundled packages offer significant savings compared to purchasing each service individually.
While we are highly experienced in garment development, we also specialize in creating a variety of accessories. This includes bags, wallets, and other fashion-related items. Our expertise extends to both the technical and creative aspects, ensuring the highest quality and precision in accessory development. The turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the design. However, 3D samples are typically delivered within 4 to 7 working days. To meet deadlines for delivering digital garment files, prompt client responses and seamless collaboration are essential.

Yes, revisions can be added for an additional fee. The cost will depend on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions required. Feel free to contact us for more details.
The Pro Package requires full payment upfront as a one-time fee.
The Premium Packages payments can be split as follows:
- 70% of the total upfront to initiate the project. This covers the development phase and includes the first review.
- 30% of the total due before the second review begins.
Important: Deliverables are strictly tied to payment milestones and will only be released once the corresponding payment has been made in full.
To produce accurate Digital Patterns and high-quality 3D Samples, we utilize the advanced, licensed CLO 3D software.
For the Pro Package:
- If you have a sketch or tech pack: This is ideal as it provides all the necessary information clearly in one place, streamlining the process.
- If you don’t have a sketch but have a clear idea of your garment: That works perfectly too! Simply share high-quality reference images along with a detailed description of your design to help us bring your vision to life.
For the Premium Package:
- You don’t need a sketch or anything else. All is need is ideas, and we’ll define the Design together step-by-step. During the initial consultancy call, we’ll work together to clarify your ideas and define the design, ensuring it aligns with your brand and goals.
We provide a range of additional services to support your fashion development needs:
- Analysis of existing patterns to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Creation of first-class Tech Packs using 3D garment images to showcase details.
- Grading* for various sizes.
- Fabric sourcing tailored to your collection requirements.
- Factory research to find the perfect manufacturers for your garments.
- Printing and hand-cutting patterns, with shipping directly to your address.
*Grading: We proceed with grading only after you have sewn the base prototype using final or closely similar fabrics. This step is crucial and standard in 3D sampling development, followed rigorously even by the largest fashion brands. Once you have sewn the garment and wish to make adjustments, we’ll gladly update the patterns and provide new ones for a fee calculated based on the complexity of the changes.
Absolutely! While we would never publish or share our clients’ designs without their explicit consent, we are more than happy to sign an NDA agreement if that make you feel more comfortable.
